Return Costs: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email at no cost to you.
How to Return an Item
1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, contact our team through our Contact Form or by emailing hey@heydaystudios.shop with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Get Return Instructions: We'll send you a return authorisation and step-by-step instructions.
3. Pack Your Item: Repack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.
4. Shipping Label/QR Code: Download and print the label or use the QR code, if provided.
5. Send It Back: Drop your package off at the nearest shipping carrier location as per our instructions in the returns authorisation email.
Specific Return and Refund Conditions

Returns Due to Change of Mind: If you change your mind after purchase, you can return the product within 30 days, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Defective Goods: If you receive a defective product, contact our customer support immediately for instructions. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement product or a full refund.

Product Never Arrived: If your product has not arrived after the delivery period has passed, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the courier. If the product is not found, we will offer a full refund or a replacement product.

Cancellation After Order: In most cases, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. However, if your order has not yet been processed, you may be able to cancel it. To request this, please email us immediately with the subject line “Cancel Order” and include your order number. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you’ll need to follow our returns procedure after receiving the product.

No Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for any returns.
Return Address
Returns are processed through our UK returns facility at: Unit 151580, Courier Point, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FH. Please do not send items to our Berlin headquarters.
Once your return has been authorised, we will provide you with full instructions. Unauthorised returns — items sent without a return authorisation — cannot be guaranteed to be processed and may be returned to sender at the customer's expense.

Legal Rights
This policy does not affect any applicable legal rights. For our UK customers, this policy includes your statutory 14-day right to cancel (cooling-off period) under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
