1. Where’s my package?
After you place your order, it usually takes 1-2 business days for it to be processed, and then 5-7 business days for delivery if your order was placed before 5:00 PM (UK time). If your package hasn’t arrived after this time, please contact our customer support team.
2. How do I find my tracking code?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking code link. Be sure to check your spam folder, in case it ends up there. Please note that it may take a little time for the tracking link to become active or for information to be available.
3. How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link sent to your email to monitor your package. With this tracking link, you can get real-time updates on your delivery. You can also track it here.
4. What if I’m not happy with my order?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, head over to our Return & Refund Policy page for instructions on how to send it back.
5. Do your prices include taxes and duties?
Yes. All prices on our website include VAT, and we deliver all orders Duty Paid. You will not be required to pay any additional customs charges or import fees upon delivery.
6. Where are you based?
We're a small team based in Berlin, Germany, selling exclusively to UK customers. All orders are shipped directly to your UK address and delivered duty paid with no hidden charges.
7. How do I return an item?
We offer a 30-day returns policy. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy page or contact us directly to initiate a return. Please do not send items back without first receiving a return authorisation from us.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are SSL encrypted for your security.
